During regular classes, we cover many different training components, trying to give you the full picture of Krav Maga. For instance, during regular classes we cover techniques, drills, mental training and sparring sessions. After all, this is the best preparation for the street. During the curriculum training, however, we will zoom in on all the techniques at your level. Here, in a series, you will learn which techniques you need to know at your level and how to execute them perfectly.

The curriculum training is not an official meet. You may therefore participate in your own sportswear. We also recommend that you bring writing utensils so that you can save all the information. Tip: go through the curriculum before coming to this training and prepare questions so you can ask them right away!

Time: Between 13:00 - 19:00. The exact time will be announced by e-mail if there is sufficient enthusiasm.
