Equipment Grappling (No Gi)
Our grappling classes are No Gi. That means: no traditional BJJ suit, but functional sportswear that allows you to move freely and grip yourself and your training partner.
For a trial class, regular sportswear is fine, think a tight sports shirt and short or long sports trousers without zips or buttons.
Hygiene
Hygiene is important to us. We expect you to start class fresh and showered. After training, we clean the mats together. In this way, together we ensure a safe and pleasant training environment for everyone.
Materials such as bits and toques are available on site. Feel free to ask the instructor for advice, we are happy to help you get started with quality gear suitable for this sport.

About the instructor
Classes are taught by Marcel de Groot.
With years of experience in grappling and a past as a successful competitive fighter as well as an HBO teacher, he combines professional knowledge with didactic strength.
Marcel provides training in which you are challenged but always feel safe and guided.
