FIT Circuit is a 45-minute full-body workout where you work on strength, conditioning, explosiveness and core stability. Each class consists of challenging circuits with varied exercises, in which we use professional training equipment such as kettlebells, sledges, TRX, airbikes and more.

 

Classes are dynamic and effective, designed to challenge you regardless of your level. You always train under the guidance of experienced and highly trained instructors, who ensure personal attention during each workout. They pay attention to correct execution, help prevent injuries and bring out the best in you.

Comfortable and safe training

For a good workout, it is important that you can move comfortably and safely. FIT Circuit is intensive and active; the right preparation will help you get the most out of it.

Jewellery: our advice

We recommend taking off rings, bracelets and necklaces during training. This prevents discomfort during exercises and reduces the risk of minor injuries or damage.

Still want to keep something on? That's fine, as long as it doesn't get in the way or pose any risks during movement.
