FIT Circuit is a 45-minute full-body workout where you work on strength, conditioning, explosiveness and core stability. Each class consists of challenging circuits with varied exercises, in which we use professional training equipment such as kettlebells, sledges, TRX, airbikes and more.
Classes are dynamic and effective, designed to challenge you regardless of your level.
