The pre-test is the ideal training to see if you are ready for the exams. During this training, you show your knowledge and skills about Krav Maga. Before that, you know all the techniques of the level you want to go for.

The next pre-test will take place on Sunday 26 April 2026!

The duration is +/- 2 hours. The start and end times depend on the number of participants and will be sent to you in good time via e-mail after the closing date.

The pre-test follows the same structure as the official IKMF exam, making it a valuable part of your training towards the exam. At the end, you will also receive feedback that will help you in your further training. After the pre-test, you will know whether you are completely ready for the exam.

Clothing and equipment

During the pre-test and exam, the following equipment is mandatory:

• Grey IKMF t-shirt.
• Black IKMF trousers (short or long)
• Clean indoor sports shoes
• Bit
• Toque
• MMA gloves
• From J2 onwards: also shin guards

Participation without full equipment is not possible.
