The pre-test is the ideal training to see if you are ready for the exams. During this training, you show your knowledge and skills about Krav Maga. Before that, you know all the techniques of the level you want to go for.

The next pre-test will take place on Sunday, March 1, 2026!

The pre-test will take place between 13:00 and 19:00; the exact start and end time (duration: ± 2 hours) will depend on the number of participants and the level you go up for, and will be sent by e-mail after the closing date.

The pre-test follows the same structure as the official IKMF exam, making it a valuable part of your training towards the exam. At the end, you will also receive feedback that will help you in your further training. After the pre-test, you will know whether you are completely ready for the exam.

Clothing and equipment

During the pre-test as well as the official exam, you have to appear in full IKMF gear:

• Grey IKMF t-shirt
• Black IKMF trousers (long or short)
• Bit
• Toque
• MMA gloves
