Do you want to reach the next level within Krav Maga? To reach the next level, you take an official IKMF exam. During the exam, your skills and knowledge are intensively tested to see where your skills stand in Krav Maga.

The next exam for K1/J1, K3/J3 and K5/J5 will be on Sunday 7 June 2026.

The duration is +/- 2 hours. The start and end times depend on the number of participants and will be sent to you in good time via e-mail after the closing date.

It is a requirement to be registered with the IKMF association if you want to take the exam. At the IKMF website find more information on this.

Clothing and equipment

During the official exam, you should appear in full IKMF gear:

• Grey IKMF t-shirt
• Black IKMF trousers (long or short)
• Bit
• Toque
• MMA gloves
• From K2 and J2 onwards: also shin guards

Participation without full equipment is not possible!
