We will officially open our doors on Saturday 16 June and you are invited!
At our new location, we will continue the Taus Gym sports mentality. We motivate and guide you to turn your sports goals into action! A proper balance here between the mental and physical is our top priority. We want to inspire, motivate and practically guide our members in this personal journey. Lead an inspiring life full of enthusiasm and zest for life!

We will celebrate the opening with no less than 2 training sessions, snacks and drinks and lots of fun!
FIT workshop
At 13.00h, the FIT workshop will start led by Riaz Taus and Joost van Lieshout (HBO sports and movement experts). The FIT workshop is all about functional training in which all your muscle groups are trained to the maximum. A complete physical and mental challenge!
Krav Maga Workshop with Tamir Gilad
At 3pm, none other than Tamir Gilad (Expert 5) will be hosting an exclusive Krav Maga seminar. Tamir has been practising Krav Maga since 1987 and was still trained by the founder of Krav Maga Imi Lichtenfeld. As Expert 5 and head of the Examination Committee, Tamir flies all over the world to conduct exams and seminars. So we feel extremely honoured that he will be conducting a seminar at the Grand Opening of Taus Gym! During the seminar, you will learn how to bring yourself and your loved ones to safety, think for example of a threatening situation you are in with your partner or family member. It is a unique opportunity to attend a workshop by Tamir in the Netherlands, don't miss it!
