Are you looking for a new physical and mental challenge? Would you like to learn more about groundfighting? Then come to the GroundfightWorkshop on Saturday, March 17!

Ground fighting is very popular among martial artists and also has a large following in the Netherlands. During the workshop we cover various basic positions, takeovers and mostly submissions! For kravists, this workshop highly recommended as it contributes to your knowledge and skills regarding threatening situations on the ground. But it is also highly recommended for anyone looking for a strength and fitness challenge!

Costs: members 10,- euro / non-members 15,- euro (pay at door)
