What do you bring?

• Sportswear and (indoor) sports shoes
• Bottle of water, towel
• Materials for Krav Maga are not required at the first lesson. Do you already have protective materials? Then of course you may bring them with you.

That way, we can take a moment to welcome you and show you around.
