FIT Boxing bag training is the workout that combines punching and kicking techniques with strength, speed and fitness. In a dynamic interval training session on punching bags, you work on explosiveness, coordination and stamina, and your head will be cleared as well.

During class, you train:

Boxing bag training also has a therapeutic effect. It is a healthy way to release tension, get rid of frustrations and regain peace of mind.

Everyone is welcome whether you come for fitness, strength, technique or just a mental reset. Athletes doing Krav Maga or other martial arts also use this workout to improve their punching power and explosiveness.

Gloves & options
We have MMA and boxing gloves available to borrow during training. Of course, you may also bring your own gloves.
Some participants prefer to train with bare fists or use shin guards, this is also allowed, as long as it remains safe for you and the materials.
Clean and tidy
After training, everyone cleans their own punching bag with the wipes we provide. This way, together we keep the training room fresh and ready for the next round.
Purchase of materials
All materials are available through the instructors at our main location in Tilburg, prior to the class. The products are of high quality and are also used by our instructors themselves.
Nutrition & recovery
Train hard, recover smart
During intensive boxing training, you demand a lot from your body: energy, coordination, strength and focus. The right nutrition ensures that you not only perform better, but also recover faster and enter the next training session refreshed and strong.
Nutrition doesn't have to be complicated. Just a few small adjustments in timing, composition and quantity can make a big difference in how you feel during and after training.

For nutritional advice, we collaborate with Merel Coenders, dietician and founder of Just Dietetics. Merel has been a member of Taus Gym for many years, so she knows how intense these workouts are, and how to tailor your nutrition effectively to them.
Ordinary dietetics
Merel Coenders is a dietician at Gewoon Diëtetiek in Tilburg and Oosterhout. With personal nutritional guidance, she helps people on their way to a healthy, sustainable and balanced lifestyle. Merel believes this doesn't have to be complicated at all.
