Grappling Workshop in Tilburg!
The workshop
During the workshop, you will be introduced to Grappling. The sport teaches you to overpower your opponent through ground control. This involves techniques such as takedowns, position takeovers, submissions as well as escapes from submissions.
The workshop is for both beginners and advanced and will be delivered by Marcel de Groot. An instructor with years of experience in Grappling and teaching.

CAUTION!
You can register until Wednesday 10 January 2024 at the latest so make sure you get there in time!
What do you need?
To organise the workshop, we would like to know who is coming along.
For that, you can sign up yourself or someone else via contact form.
What do you need?
We recommend bringing a bottle of water and towel.
Also, wear sportswear in which you can move around easily.
Furthermore, you do not need any knowledge or experience to join the workshop.
The 2nd Grappling class
The Grappling workshop is not the only thing to come. After the workshop, there will be an additional Grappling class structurally during the week.
Grappling is a style of various martial arts that focus on the ground and the application of submissions as in wrestling, judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The sport is concerned with grappling and literally grabbing the opponent without having to punch or kick to do so.
A challenging but definitely worthwhile sport that uses all your muscle groups.
With the arrival of the second class, a few things will start to change.
Free training in January!
Great news for our sporty members who want to start the new year off right! We are giving all members aged 14 and above a free all-in grappling membership for January.
This means you can join grappling classes on Thursdays and/or Saturdays for free throughout January. Sign up here to claim your gift.
Remember that this gift is only valid in combination with your current membership.

Previously, there was already a standard Grappling class on Saturday mornings from 10.30am to 11.30am but now there will be an additional class that will even allow you to train twice a week.

per week determine whether You come to train on Thursdays or Saturdays.

Combi membership
Do you already follow other trainings than Grappling with us or are you interested in following more? Then you can also opt for a combi membership.
You can combine Grappling with a Krav Maga and/or FIT membership. Here again, you can choose whether you want a Basic or All In membership.
