From events and training sessions to new developments within the gym and plans for the coming months. With the start of spring always comes a period when many activities take place and many members work towards new goals, exams and training sessions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"144\" data-end=\"539\">\u200e<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"917\">In this newsletter, we take you through a look back at the past period, but also look ahead to what is still to come. We focus on FIT Champions, the Taus Gym socks, the To Good To Go box and practical matters such as holidays and days off, among other things. Several special moments took place over the past few months, both at the sporting level and within wider practice and training. With a lot of commitment, perseverance and sportsmanship, it was a great day for everyone who took part. Again this year, a wonderful amount was raised for Spieren voor Spieren.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <div class=\"wtrShtInstagramPhoto\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/instagram.com\/p\/DWeoXyyjMoj\/embed\/\" width=\"612\" height=\"710\"><\/iframe><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"\"><div class=\"wtrContentSliderElement\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h6><strong>VEVA and sport &amp; exercise<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>For Yonder Sport &amp; Exercise, we recently concluded a 10-lesson programme with a resilience exam. On the same day, we also provided a self-defence workshop for Yonder Veiligheid &amp; Vakmanschap, focusing on defending against threats with sharp objects. Nice to see how members continue to make strides and motivate each other during training. Do you have sports equipment lying around at home that you no longer use, but are still good? Then you can put them in the box so someone else can be happy with them. Terugblik winter De winterperiode van 2026 stond binnen Taus Gym opnieuw in het teken van inzet, ontwikkeling en mooie resultaten. In de afgelopen maanden vonden er verschillende bijzondere momenten plaats, zowel op sportief vlak als binnen de bredere praktijk en opleiding. Zo kijken we in deze terugblik onder andere terug op FIT Champions en de geslaagden van de examens. \u200e Hieronder lees je een overzicht van de belangrijkste momenten uit deze winterperiode. FIT CHAMPIONS FIT Champions 2026 was opnieuw een geslaagde editie, waarin deelnemers zichzelf fysiek en mentaal hebben uitgedaagd. Met veel inzet, doorzettingsvermogen en sportiviteit werd het een mooie dag voor iedereen die meedeed. Ook dit jaar is er weer een prachtig bedrag opgehaald voor Spieren voor Spieren. VEVA en sport &amp; bewegen Voor Yonder Sport &amp; Bewegen sloten we onlangs een 10-lessenprogramma af met een weerbaarheidsexamen. Diezelfde dag verzorgden we ook voor Yonder Veiligheid &amp; Vakmanschap een workshop zelfverdediging, met de focus op verdedigen tegen dreiging met scherpe voorwerpen. Mooi om te zien dat opleidingen steeds meer investeren in de veiligheid, weerbaarheid en ontwikkeling van hun leerlingen. Geslaagd! De afgelopen periode is er weer hard getraind binnen alle groepen. Mooi om te zien hoe leden stappen blijven maken en elkaar blijven motiveren tijdens de trainingen. Gefeliciteerd aan iedereen die geslaagd is en op naar het volgende level. Taus Gym sokken De Taus Gym sokken zijn verkrijgbaar. Ze zitten comfortabel tijdens het trainen, maar zijn ook leuk om buiten de lessen te dragen. Inmiddels zijn ze al regelmatig te zien in de gym. \u200e De sokken zijn beschikbaar in zwart en wit, met witte, rode of blauwe bedrukking. Heb je thuis nog sportspullen liggen die je niet meer gebruikt, maar die nog wel goed zijn? Dan kun je ze in de box leggen, zodat iemand anders er blij mee kan zijn. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan sportkleding, beschermingsmateriaal, bidons of andere trainingsspullen. \u200e Je mag er natuurlijk ook iets uit halen als je zelf nog iets kunt gebruiken. Zo helpen we elkaar en krijgen spullen een mooi tweede leven. Daarnaast hebben we ook een gevonden voorwerpen box. Daar komen regelmatig bidons, handschoenen, shirts, handdoeken en andere spullen in terecht die na de training blijven liggen. Ben je iets kwijt? Kijk daar dan zeker even in, grote kans dat jouw spullen daar nog op je liggen te wachten. \u200e Zo houden we samen de gym netjes en zorgen we ervoor dat spullen niet onnodig verloren gaan. Roosterwijziging in Tilburg Vanaf 4 mei starten de kids en jongeren Krav Maga lessen op maandag in Tilburg iets later dan jullie gewend zijn. De lessen schuiven 15 minuten op, dus check goed de nieuwe tijden. \u200e Kids Krav Maga18:45 \u2013 19:30 \u200e Jongeren Krav Maga19:30 \u2013 20:15 \u200e Zet het meteen even in je agenda, zodat je op maandag gewoon op tijd op de mat staat. EHBO-cursus Ook dit jaar organiseren we weer een EHBO-cursus. Tijdens deze cursus leer je wat je kunt doen als iemand geblesseerd raakt of hulp nodig heeft. Handig tijdens het sporten, maar ook in het dagelijks leven. De cursus bestaat uit twee delen: een e-learning die je thuis kunt volgen en een praktijkmiddag waarin je oefent met de onderdelen uit de cursus. \u200e De praktijkdag vindt plaats op zaterdag 20 juni van 13:00 tot 17:00 uur. \u200e Kosten:\u20ac125,- voor de cursus\u20ac140,- indien je ook een officieel EHBO-diploma van de Koninklijke EHBO wilt ontvangen \u200e Deelname is mogelijk vanaf 14 jaar. \u200e Er is een beperkt aantal plekken beschikbaar. WhatsApp-groepen Binnen Taus Gym gebruiken we WhatsApp-groepen om snel en duidelijk belangrijke informatie te delen over trainingen, roosters en activiteiten. Zo weet iedereen wat er speelt en blijft het overzichtelijk. Spelregels WhatsApp-groep Taus Gym De WhatsApp-groep is vooral bedoeld voor berichten van de gym en de instructeurs. Denk aan handige updates, belangrijke mededelingen of info over trainingen en activiteiten. Regelmatig delen we ook video\u2019s van de lessen in de groep. Zo kun je jezelf terugzien, leren van je technieken en je eigen ontwikkeling volgen. Sta je alleen op een video? Dan mag je die natuurlijk zelf delen op social media.
